The traditional guesthouse En Dimitsani honors local heritage not only as hospitality, but as flavor, as memory, and as experience. The owner’s love for cooking, combined with his collaboration with award-winning chef Stavros Kousteni, created a unique menu that connects local ingredients with modern gourmet approaches, keeping the authenticity of provincial cuisine alive.

Our team undertook to capture this new chapter through cinema and photography. We searched for angles, textures, and locations in the area with distinctive character where gastronomy meets tradition, and the present meets history.
Through imagery, we told the story of the process, the ritual, the connection between person – place – taste.

In this project, Dimitsana is not just the place. It is the source.
